| Description: | Beginner Sewing 3 Sessions (3 hrs) - All- $75. Teacher: Stephanie Theisen Dust off that machine and let’s get sewing! Whether or not you have sewn before, in this series we will start with the basics. Class 1 - We will go over machine basics, types of needles and thread, seam finishes, selecting fabric and helpful notions. We will make an envelope pillowcase to get warmed up! Class 2 - We will make a quilted makeup bag that will increase your sewing confidence and introduce you to quilting, working with trim and zippers. Class 3 - It’s time to sew your first garment! We will make a simple women’s top. This top will sew up in no time and is perfect on it’s own or under a jacket. 9/13, 20, 27 - Tues -10:00-1:00 |
